He’s back! Ben Affleck resurfaced after his explosive Facebook confession about going to rehab for alcoholism. The actor was a doting dad as he carried little Samuel on his shoulders before driving him to school. And he was even joined by his ex, Jennifer Garner.
The 44-year-old looked rugged in sneakers, dark jeans, and a warm jacket, while his son brightened the day in an adorable orange outfit.
And Jen proved she is willing to do whatever it takes to keep her family together as she joined him on the outing. She has not made any public comments about Ben’s revelation.

Earlier this week, he unexpectedly admitted to having issues with alcohol. “I have completed treatment for alcohol addition; something I’ve dealt with in the past and will continue to confront,” he wrote.
“I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step.”
