Leaning on family? Ben Affleck was spotted out looking somber just days after footage of him groping actress Hilarie Burton surfaced from MTV's TRL in 2001. Since the scandal broke, his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, seems less bothered since this isn't the first time they were seen out together.
Family time! Ben was spotted out with his ex-wife and their oldest daughter together, Violet.
Despite spending time with his family, Ben still looked a little somber!
And Jennifer kept busying during their outing!

A source told E! that while she may be putting on a brave face, Jennifer, 45, "is very annoyed because it just means more attention on her and the kids as a result of Ben's actions.”
"She tries to shield them from any and all publicity and scrutiny. She's taking her kids to school and to all of their activities. As far as they know nothing has changed and all is well. That is always her goal but she's been pretty frustrated with him."
