Ben Affleck was on dad duty on Thursday, March 14, when he took his son Samuel to school in Santa Monica, CA. The two are enjoying a lot of father-son bonding these days — Ben even revealed to Ellen DeGeneres that he’s his son’s little league coach!
The 46-year-old sported a tan overcoat, dark jeans and black sweater for the balmy weather.
The Triple Frontier star also rocked dark brown aviator shades and sipped a large refreshing iced coffee to help him wake-up!
Ben recently spilled the tea on his phoenix back tattoo, which he’s gotten a lot of backlash over. He revealed to Ellen that it “it represents something really important to him."
The Oscar winner said, "It's meaningful to me, I like it. It's not something that I kept private. We were two hours north of the city in Hawaii and we didn't know that paparazzi would be there. So they got a picture of my tattoo. The sentiment ran against... but I love my tattoo, I'm happy with it."
During his visit to the show, Ben also revealed he’s his son’s little league coach. “It’s one of those things, you love it so much, it’s like the dad dream,” he said. “Coaching your son or your daughter on their Little League team, it’s very exciting and people have been very cool.” Ben even left the Asia PR tour of his new Netflix film a day early to be back for his son’s game.
