After dating rumors swirled, the new couple were seen in New York on July 16 walking hand-in-hand.

The Orange Is the New Black star has been dating the actor all summer, Us Weekly reported.

The actor broke off his engagement with Robin in November 2014, but then got back together last year.

He split from the House of Cards actress again last August.
