The Real Housewives of New York City star told DailyMail.com that the reason “my jaw has completely changed” is because “I’ve had Botox in my jaw.”

The Skinnygirl mogul reportedly suffers from intense teeth grinding and clenching so her dermatologist recommended the injections.

“About three years ago, my dermatologist said to me, why don't we try injecting your jaw because it’s so tense,” she explained.

Bethenny, 45, admitted she also regularly uses Botox to address wrinkles but denies a nose job. “I have not had invasive plastic surgery. I have not had a nose job,” she said.
