The 45-year-old Skinnygirl mogul looked super slim in a gray cutaway dress. She accessorized with gray pumps and a clear clutch.
Bethenny has previously stated that they have known each other for 27 years and run in the same social circle. However, commenters on social media have been giving her a hard time because Dennis is still "legally married."

Dennis, who is the executive chairman of the board of New York’s Esquire Bank, is still legally married to his wife, a woman whom Bethenny went to high school with, but they currently are separated.
"We have a lot of friends in common, and we've been friends for years," she told People. "We were in the same circle. We've both been married and separated, and I was friends with the woman he later married in high school and I've spoken to her about three times in last 25 years."
