Bethenny Frankel took her daughter Bryn to the beach in Miami, Florida on Dec. 29 and the pair looked to be having a stellar time in the waves.

Bethenny, 45, is still in a bitter custody battle with her ex Jason Hoppy.

Bryn, 5, looked adorable in a ruffled orange and pink two-piece while Bethenny carried a teddy bear!

The Skinnygirl mogul’s legal battles have taken a toll on her as she constantly broke down in front of the other women on The Real Housewives of New York City.

The mom-of-one is still deciding about whether or not to sign on for next season. She explained, "I'm weighing a bunch of different opportunities and deciding how I want to spend my time. I never want to go back to that place I was at a couple years ago where it was just non-stop. I felt like I was on a ride and I wanted to get off."
