Bethenny Frankel was one proud mom on Wednesday, October 2, when her daughter Bryn wrote a handmade card for her. The former Real Housewives of New York City star shared the heartwarming note on Instagram.
“To: Mom. Sorry about your family. I hope you have a good one now. P.S. I love you. Love: Bryn,” Bryn, 9, wrote on the card that was filled with rainbow-colored dots.
The 48-year-old captioned the sweet note, "This is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen, much less received. Being rich has nothing to do with money. My heart is full. This is true love. ❤️" She added the hashtags, #Love #Family #Momma #Peanut."
The emotional moment warmed fans' hearts and they took to the comments to express their love. Kyle Richards simply commented a red heart emoji. One follower wrote, "You're raising a beautiful soul and that is no accident." Another user added, "Bethenny, you are the reason your peanut is able to pour out this kind of love. “Omg, such a testament to what a wonderful mommy you are,” Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi wrote. Journalist Katie Couric signed her comment with four pink heart emojis and the Skinnygirl founder's boyfriend, Paul Bernon, replied to the post with a heart emoji.
The elementary schooler seemingly referred to her estranged grandma Bernadette Birk's recent poor behavior. Bethenny and her mom's relationship has been estranged for some time.
Bernadette even went so far as to bash her daughter's business skills in an interview with Life & Style in 2017. “She is a moron,” she said. “She got very lucky, and she just knows how to surround herself with people who are intelligent. Bethenny is a liar and a shark. She ran through my guts. She will get along with the other sharks.” Bernadette was referring to her daughter's stint as a guest judge on Shark Tank at the time.
The Bravo personality was also estranged from her dad, Bobby, who sadly passed away in 2009. He left the Naturally Thin: Unleash Your SkinnyGirl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dietingauthor when she was just four years old.
