That same day, a Supreme Court judge ordered the former Real Housewives of New York star to stop wearing her daughter Bryn’s pajamas. Judge Ellen Gesmer said, ‘No more pajamas,’ during a court appearance to discuss the division of assets between Frankel and her soon-to-be ex husband Jason Hoppy.

When her lawyer explained that the Instagram photo was just a joke, the judge responded, “It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke,” before calling the post “ridiculous."
