Ex Jason Hoppy Finally Vacates $7 Million NYC Home As Bethenny Frankel Reconnects With Estranged Mother!

It finally ends! Bethenny Frankel has had two big moments this week. One: she reconnected with her estranged mother and two: ex Jason Hoppy finally moved out of their TriBeCa apartment after years of legal battles.

The Real Housewives of New York City star shared on her radio show that she has taken control of the multi-million dollar pad and plans to sell it. "I just wanted so badly for that to be over and to close that part of the chapter," she said. "The divorce isn't over, but that part is."

She even went back to the apartment one last time. "I walked in and it just washed over me. I sobbed for hours. It was like this release," she described.

The Skinnygirl mogul, 45, made another huge stride in her life — she contacted her mother whom she hasn’t spoken to “in about 15 years.”

It was actually Bethenny’s daughter, Bryn, who initiated it. After finding out she had a maternal grandmother, the six-year-old asked to meet her.

Bethenny admitted the phone call “was not a totally unpleasant conversation” and they plan on meeting up soon for the first time.
