Entrance fit for a queen. Beyoncé kicked off her nearly two-hour Coachella set -- which paid tribute to Historically Black Colleges and Universities -- by appearing on a long runway wearing an Egyptian-inspired cape, jewels, and headpiece.
Within seconds, the singer was back on the main stage, which was equipped with stadium-like bleachers, in a sorority-style sweatshirt, high-waisted shorts, and sparkly-frilled white boots. As an ode to her “Homecoming,” the singer brought out a a full college marching band and massive number of dancers, as she slayed the crowd, performing a number of her greatest hits – “Crazy In Love,” “Formation,” “Freedom,” “Sorry,” “Me Myself and I,” “Bow Down / I Been On,” and “Kitty Kat,” just naming a few.
Bey also hovered over the crowd while standing on a crane! Like, WHAT!
Beyonce made her Coachella performance a family affair, bringing out her sister Solange to dance a perfectly choreographed duet to “Get Me Bodied.”

The night was full of surprise moments, but none greater than Beyoncé’s reunion with her Destiny’s Child group members, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. The trio performed three of their biggest hits -- “Lose My Breath,” “Say My Name” and “Soldier” – while wearing blinged-out camouflage outfits.
Bey also surprised the crowd by bringing out her hubby, Jay Z.
The mom-of-three ended her 26-song concert by addressing her last pregnancy, which caused her to reschedule her 2017 Coachella performance. “I’m so happy that I am here,” she told the crowd. “I was supposed to perform at Coachella last year but I ended up getting pregnant — thank God! So I had time to dream and dream and dream with two beautiful souls in my belly. … Thank you guys for sharing this with me. I hope y’all enjoyed the show.”
