Big Brother alum Christmas Abbott might have only given birth a month ago, but she’s already facing yet another serious life change. The former reality star was arrested in Tampa, Florida, on Tuesday, November 6. Read on to find out how the new mom landed herself in trouble.
According to Us Weekly, Christmas turned herself in around 2 p.m. ET on a felony charge of criminal mischief, but was released on her own recognizance less an hour later. The 36-year-old never actually made it into a jail cell.
Reportedly, the charge stemmed from an incident that occurred back in August — while she was still pregnant!
Christmas got into an altercation with her ex’s new girlfriend. She allegedly threw a coffee cup at the woman and hit her car in a gym parking lot.

Apparently she believed that her ex had been cheating on her with the woman who she allegedly referred to as a “pathetic home-wrecking little s***” during the dispute.
Though the man and woman remain anonymous, Christmas shares her son with fitness star Benjamin Bunn. In a statement to Us Weekly last month he admitted the two were not “romantically involved, and haven’t been since December of 2017. He said, “Unfortunately, I had very little contact with Christmas in the last few months of her pregnancy.”
