Don't get it twisted though, these aren't the all-over dye jobs of the '90s grunge era—these pastel to bright hues are modern all the way.

Neon pink and coral pouts might have been everywhere a few seasons back, but glossy blood-red lips are taking over right now. Sarah Hyland paired hers with an undone bun for vampy-meets-effortless look that totally worked.
