Biggest Loser star Jillian Michaels is hoping to be a huge winner in the real estate market!

The celebrity fitness trainer has listed her super cute Los Angeles home for $2.45 million—a cool $890,000 over what she purchased it for in 2008—and OKMagazine.com has photos inside the posh pad, courtesy of .

It's no wonder Michaels is looking to move, the 39-year-old and her partner, Heidi Rhodes, doubled their family in a matter of days last year, after Rhodes gave birth to son Phoenix, a week before they adopted daughter Lukensia from Haiti.

They've clearly outgrown the super cute three bedroom, four bathroom home, which is located in a gated community and includes incredible views of the city.

Michaels played a large part in decorating the property which has a cool clean feel to it with lots of light and airy spaces.
