Kim Kardashian and Ciara enjoyed brunch together in NYC for the "Ride" singer's birthday on Monday.  The two friends were met by swarms of fans and paparazzi as they left the restaurant, but neither seemed to mind the attention. Ciara wasn't the only one who's been celebrating her birthday recently. Her pal Kim rang in the big 3-0 just days before.

Birthday parties in her honor have been thrown across the continent including in Las Vegas, NYC and Toronto. Kim didn't let all this attention get to her head though. "I would never allow anyone to spend that much money on cake," Kim wrote on her blog. "Making a million-dollar birthday cake is just ridiculous! I'd rather they gave me a cupcake and donate the rest of the money to the homeless!"
