Blac Chyna is fighting back after the man she loved, Rob Kardashian, released nude photos of her to his millions of followers on Instagram. The reality star headed to court Monday with her legal team to seek a restraining order against Rob, whom she is accusing of physical violence in addition to revenge porn.

Chyna is seeking a restraining order from Rob after he released the nude images. She and her attorney Lisa Bloom were silent as they arrived in a California court 8:30 AM Monday, where they faced off against Rob's legal team, including Robert Shapiro.

"The moral of the story is that he doesn’t respect me. So if you don’t respect me you have to respect the law," she said during the new interview while with her lawyer, LIsa Bloom.

"I've been broken up with Rob since December," she added. When asked about why she sent Rob a video of her making out with another man on July 4th, she stated, "If somebody keeps poking at you and poking at you, eventually you’re going to pop so I was like 'maybe if I send this video to him then he’ll just leave me alone.'"

Clearly, that didn't happen, and instead Rob went on a tirade against Chyna, accusing her of sleeping with numerous men and taking drugs.

As for whether or not the Kardashians have been in touch, Chyna said, "No ma'am."
