The 28-year-old beauty, who is known for her eye-popping curves, has even told her BFF Amber Rose about her outrageous diet and exercise plans, and she’s going to need a lot of energy!

A source told Now magazine, “Blac’s determined she’s going to lose the baby weight quickly and has given herself a timescale of just 12 weeks to be back into her size 8 clothes.” So how does she plan to shed the weight so fast?

Chyna "is planning daily workouts that include an hour of weights, 240 squats and pole training,” the insider added.

But exercising is only very effective when combined with a healthy diet, and Blac Chyna is ready to change her eating habits following the birth of her child as well.

"She’ll be cutting out the junk food too and following a high-protein, low-carb diet — she loves jerk chicken salads," added the source. "Her focus is on getting toned and making sure her bum is bigger and better than before.”
