Carson Daly oddly enough played third wheel to longtime couple Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani on Sunday night at the People's Choice Awards, where they all happily accepted an award for The Voice. Read on for all the details.
Blake won multiple awards during the live show on Sunday night, including The Country Artist of 2018. He scored that over stiff competition that included Luke Bryan and Carrie Underwood.
The Voice judge later on won The Competition Show of 2018. Carson and Blake first took to the stage before turning the focus on former coach Gwen.
“All-time favorite coach, right there, Gwen Stefani. I love her,” Blake said about his ladylove before Carson chimed in with "You wanna come up? Come up and say a few words. Come on up!”

Carson then led the audience in a chant of "GWEN! GWEN! GWEN!", as the "Hollaback Girl" made her way to the stage. “Who would’ve thought that this country artist could land one of my oldest friends in the music business?” the former TRL host said while the lovebirds laughed.
"Oh my god I'm so excited to be with Blake Shelton!", Gwen exclaimed after she got on the stage. The former No Doubt front woman was a full-time coach on the NBC program for seasons 7, 9 and 12.
