Mom of three Gwen Stefani knows how to keep her relationship with Blake Shelton steamy! During a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Blake got candid about what he and his lady do to keep their romance alive once the kiddos are asleep.
Ellen roped the Voice coach into a game of "5 Second Rule," during which he spilled a few intimate secrets.
After being asked what he and Gwen get up to once her children are in bed, the 42-year-old answered promptly. "Watch [expletive], cookin' shows, and Instagram," he chided.
The talk show host also got Blake to reveal the three things Gwen teases him about the most. "My hair, my socks, and the same shirt I wear every day," he answered.

The couple, who have been together for about 3 years, clearly don’t mind oversharing to Ellen a little bit. Just last week, in fact, it was Gwen who was in the hot seat.
During the No Doubt singer’s appearance on Ellen, the host did her very best to trick Gwen and get her to admit that she was engaged to Blake. However, the 49-year-old managed to stand her ground. “We’re not. We’re not engaged, and we’re not married. And he’s my boyfriend still,” she answered,not falling for Ellen’s tricks.
