Blake Shelton made sure his girlfriend Gwen Stefani's 49th birthday was extra special by posting a super sweet message about her on his Instagram Wednesday.
The "Hollaback Girl" officially turned the big 4-9 on October 3. Fans flooded her social media account with a ton of well wishes for their favorite star.
Blake, who is both a fan of Gwen as well as her beau, also left some digital love for his girlfriend on her birthday.
"Somehow it feels more like MY birthday everyday.. Happy Birthday @gwenstefani!!! I love you!!!" Aww!

She responded to his post with "I love you @blakeshelton can't believe I got u", next to the hashtag #thankuGOD.
Gwen recently mentioned how "grateful" she was for him in a cute Instagram video that she posted in late September.
She also did something similar for Blake when she serenaded him for his 42nd birthday back in June.
