In a shocking update to the investigation into Bobbi Kristina Brown’s tragic death, a judge has ruled that Brown’s autopsy and toxicology report will be unsealed for the public to view!
According to RadarOnline.com, the judge's ruling comes after it was ordered on September 28, 2015, that the results of Bobbi Kris’ autopsy would be kept sealed.
The order said that “the autopsy report, all related investigative reports, all related toxicology reports, the death certificate and any other documents used and/or created by the Medical Examiner’s Office regarding the autopsy of Bobbi Kristina Brown.”
According to Atlanta, Georgia’s WXIA, the motion filed to have the documents unsealed said that the original order violated several rules due to it being entered without a public hearing or notice.

Prosecutors in the investigation claim that making the reports public could damage their work as they are “actively pursuing leads” in the case.
