Disturbing new details about Bobbi Kristina Brown’s relationship with Nick Gordon and the late 22-year-old’s last days have been revealed in a lawsuit filed against Gordon.
Brown’s estate has updated the original lawsuit that was filed against Gordon, adding several new shocking claims to the document.
In the amended suit, which was filed on August 7, it is stated that on the day of her hospitalization, Brown and Gordon got into a fight after “being all night on a cocaine and drinking binge.” The argument started in the kitchen and then moved to the master bedroom of the home they shared, WXIA reports.
After arguing for 30 minutes, the suit claims that “everything abruptly became quiet” before Gordon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down into a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”

A female guest was in the home at the time of the pair’s fight. Gordon reportedly emerged from the couple’s bedroom in new clothes after his fight with Brown and told the guest, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”
The suit added that Brown was found in the tub 15 minutes later by another guest at the home. She was unconscious in the tub and her tooth had been knocked from her gum. Gordon attempted to revive Brown, however she was hospitalized that same day and never regained consciousness.
The $10 million lawsuit was filed against Gordon back in June, and a charge of wrongful death has now been added to the suit. Gordon is also facing charges of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and moving funds from her account into his own without permission.
