Bobby Flay and his daughter, Sophie, enjoyed a bit of family time! On Saturday, May 18, the celebrity chef and the ABC7 Southern California reporter attended the Preakness Stakes in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Preakness Stakes is held on the third Saturday of May and is the second jewel of the Triple Crown. The Preakness precedes the Belmont Stakes by three weeks and Bobby, 54, and Sophie, 23, both dressed up for the historic horse race.
Bobby wore a light blue suit and tie while Sophie donned a floral-print mini dress.
The duo used social media to document their time at the Pimlico Race Course. In a post the Beat Bobby Flay star wrote, “Such a fun @preaknessstakes weekend with my girl @abc7sophie…and perfect weather too.”
Under her own post, Sophie wrote simply, “Get yo preak on.”
The daddy-daughter duo clearly love spending time with each other and they now have a new Food Network series called The Flay List.
The series follows the pair as they showcase their favorite restaurants in New York City.
