Don't expect Maddox Jolie-Pitt to be spending any quality "father-son" time with Brad Pitt any time soon! Just a few days before the 18-year-old is set to head off to college, a source revealed that he doesn't really "doesn’t really see himself" as the actor's son.
While many may think the Jolie-Pitt household took a turn for the worst when Brad, 55, and Angelina Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, things apparently haven't been good between the actor and Maddox, 18, for quite a bit of time.
According to Us Weekly, the Once Upon a Time In Hollywood star and his eldest son are not close. Back in 2016, Brad and Maddox reportedly got into an altercation — which ultimately led to Angelina, 44, filing for divorce.
“Maddox doesn’t really see himself as Brad’s son," an insider told the publication. Another source explained the 18-year-old is more of a mama's boy. "He is very close with Angie," they said.

As fans know, the Maleficent star adopted Maddox in 2002 from an orphanage in Cambodia. A couple years later, Angelina and Brad started dating and he also legally adopted Maddox in 2006.
Earlier this month, news broke that the 18-year-old will attend South Korea’s Yonsei University for biochemistry.
Angelina was spotted touring the university and dropping off her eldest son on Wednesday, August 21.
