She has to do something, though, to get her toned physique in check, and she gave her followers a closer look! She posted a video of her doing some very impressive arm workouts today. Rocking a pair of boy shorts and a sports bra, Britney did a compilation video on her social media that shows her pumping some serious iron while Janet Jackson's "All Night (Don't Stop)" plays in the background.
Her fans went wild over how amazing she looked, with users commenting words of encouragement like "Get it girlfriend!!" and "Super mom. Your bod is looking fantastic." Werk, Britney!
They also picked up on how Britney's figure looks very similar (if not the same) to how she looked during her VMA performance of "I'm A Slave 4 U" all the way back in 2001. Not much has changed, clearly!
