PHOTOSA Nightmare! Briana DeJesus Begs Fans To 'Pray' That Daughter Stella 'Is OK'

Devastating! Teen Mom 2 star Briana DeJesus is living every mother's worst nightmare and asked fans on Snapchat to pray for her daughter, Stella.
As seen on Briana's Snapchat, Stella looked like she was feeling sick. "My poor baby," she wrote on the picture.
Later on she wrote, "Long day is finally over. Let's pray Stella is OK through the night."
Briana gave birth to her youngest daughter in July of 2017.

As seen on last season of Teen Mom 2, Briana rushed Stella to the hospital and learned that she has a heart condition.
Back in September, Briana told RadarOnline.com, “It’s been so hard dealing with Stella."
Adding, "She has some heart condition, she has holes in her heart. It’s been difficult dealing with Stella right now.”
