Briana DeJesus' story line on Teen Mom 2 left viewers in tears last season after she learned that her youngest daughter, Stella, suffered from a terrifying heart condition. Almost one year after finding out the devastating news, the mother-of-two has a major update for her fans!
She tweeted, "My poor baby got her shots and I feel so sad for her."
However, she shared some awesome news! "But good news is that Stella no longer has heart murmurs and all the holes are closed," she added.
Briana welcomed her second daughter back in July 2017 with her ex, Luis.

Back in October 2017, Teen Mom 2 viewers watched Briana rush her daughter to the hospital after noticing her breathing was different.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com back in September, Briana admitted, “She has some heart condition, she has holes in her heart. It’s been difficult dealing with Stella right now."
Now the mom-of-two can celebrate her baby girl's health!
