Briana DeJesus and her daughter, Stella, are back home! The Teen Mom 2 star revealed that she has checked her 1-year-old out of the hospital just days after undergoing surgery.
"Happy to be home," she tweeted.
The 24-year-old announced last week that her 1-year-old daughter had surgery.
She told RadarOnline.com that Stella suffers from condition called septic arthritis. She explained that the joint infection is “common in kids.”

Despite the surgery being successful, the reality star explained that there are no guarantees and how the infection “could always come back.”
As seen on the reality series, this isn't the first time that Stella has a terrifying health scare. Stella was also born with "holes in her heart."
Earlier this month Briana tweeted, "But good news is that Stella no longer has heart murmurs and all the holes are closed!"
