New Year, new Briana DeJesus! The Teen Mom 2 star went under the knife once again to get a mommy-makeover!
The reality star wasn't afraid to show off her results!
For this procedure, she got a breast lift, tummy tuck, and butt reshaping procedure.
“We’re going to reshape the booty, because with the pregnancy, some of the pregnancy weight went to the booty. So it’s a little too big for your frame. So we’re going to balance that all out,” Dr. Miami explained on his Snapchat before her surgery.

And this wasn't Briana's first time under the knife!
Before getting pregnant with her second daughter, she got plastic surgery in early 2016.
