Bristol also shared a few photos of the gift that she got for her ex-husband.

The former couple joined the Teen Mom OG cast last season. Viewers watched the two go through a divorce and learn how to co-parent their two daughters.
Dakota shared the same photo as Bristol on Instagram writing, "Getting along has never been our strong point but always trying to help each other out is something we have maintained (for the most part).
