PHOTOS'Teen Mom OG' Star Bristol Palin’s Ex Gives Bitter Divorce Advice On Instagram — 'Know When Enough Is'

Bristol Palin’s ex is moving on to bigger things and he doesn’t care who knows it. He hosted a Q&A over on his Instagram on Sunday and he wasn’t afraid to share all of the intimate details of his former marriage. Read on to see what he had to say.
Though Dakota Meyer filed the papers for divorce five months ago, the split was only recently finalized. When someone asked if he and Bristol, 27, were separated or divorced, he answered “happily divorced.”
The 30-year-old also went as far to say “Hell No” when asked if he saw another marriage in his future.
The former couple have been incredibly private regarding their divorce thus far, but Dakota may have hinted that the breakup was Bristol's fault. “Why did you and your wife get a divorce? You guys seemed so cute together!” someone asked. He wrote cryptically, “She wasn’t happy with me so it’s for the best.” Bristol's side of the story will likely appear on the upcoming season of Teen Mom OG. MTV announced last month that she's joining the cast.

Dakota also took a moment to use his own experiences to impart some advice. Someone wrote, “I know this is a personal question, but any advice for those going through a divorce?”
“Take it one day at a time and focus on you. Everything is just a moment in time. You can try everything and give the person all you have if they don’t choose to see good in your it’s out of your control. Know when enough is enough,” he wrote.
He shares two daughters with Bristol – Sailor Grace and Atlee Bay – and he credited the little ones with helping him through the hardest times of his divorce. “Both of my girls have got me through so much but Sailor is what turned me into a man and made me not just want to be better but to make the commitment I'd do whatever it took to be the best dad ever,” he explained.
