Britney Spears and boyfriend/manager Jason Trawick were spotted leaving an L.A. medical building yesterday. Britney, who was wearing a black bra with a white, ripped shirt, seemed quite happy as she entered the building; however, her mood reportedly changed as they left the building.
Allegedly, it looked like Brit had been crying and was visibly distressed as her and Jason walked to the car.
