Britney Spears has dropped everything to rush to her niece's side after her horrific ATV accident.

A source close to the situation told RadarOnline exclusively that the pop singer has set her Las Vegas residency obligations aside in order to be with family in her native Louisiana, where Maddie remains in critical condition at a New Orleans hospital.

“Britney has cancelled all rehearsals until further notice," an insider told the site. "She said she had to attend to a family emergency.”

The source added, “Britney’s dancers are saying that she has already left to be with her sister and niece."

Brit-Brit broke her silence on the devastating tragedy on Monday. "All the wishes and prayers for my niece,” she wrote as a caption alongside a sweet snap of the eight-year-old.

Latest reports reveal that Maddie was driving an ATV during a family hunting trip when she veered off course and was submerged under water for several minutes. The little girl was with her mother Jamie Lynn and husband Jamie Watson at the time of the incident.
