Selena Gomez entered a mental health treatment facility earlier this month after being hospitalized twice in two weeks for medical issues related to lupus. The singer has received an outpouring of support since, and her latest shout out comes from none other than Britney Spears.
Britney shared a video on Instagram where she exercised in a shirt that said “Heartbreaker” that showed off her toned abs in an at home workout video.
She wrote in the caption, “Long workout out today!!! @selenagomez definitely helped me get through it ? ? ?,” as she completed her routine to Selena's song “Bad Liar.”
Britney had her infamous breakdown in 2007 so the singer clearly knows how much the support would mean for Selena during this rough time at a mental health facility.

One Instagram user commented, “And we all know Britney is low-key supporting another pop artist who is facing mental health issues like she did at one point. Ow heart is so full.” Both Britney and Selena are former Disney stars turned pop stars.
Selena previously announced she was taking a break from Instagram so it’s unclear if she saw Britney’s post, but fans on both sides appreciated the shout out.
