Britney Spears Reveals Her Diet Secrets — Find Out How She Shed Extra Weight!

Britney Spears shared an Instagram post on July 2 that detailed her daily fruit and vegetable intake she follows for healthy living and weight loss.
“Okay, so I just lost the 4 pounds that I’ve been wanting to lose, but now these are the fruits and vegetables that I eat to keep it all off,” the pop star, 37, said in the video.
On the second slide of the post, Britney shared a chart listing certain health problems, and what foods are recommended to ameliorate the condition. Though the chart's origin isn't shown, many of the foods recommended and their benefits are backed by scientific studies.
The foods she focused on were for weak eyes, stress, asthma and headaches, such as carrots, spinach, celery, bananas, and strawberries.
Britney found that by changing up what she eats, she feels better and dropped the weight she wanted to lose. “This chart has helped me so much with these problems,” the “Circus” singer captioned her Instagram.

The "Toxic” singer has always been open about her workout regiment, focusing on repetition to lose weight and stay active.
Britney recently made headlines when she shared a home fashion show on Instagram with several looks that accentuate her shape. Looks like her diet plan is working just fine.
