Britney Spears reminded us on her Instagram that she hasn't missed a beat. The starlet showed us how she maintains her toned figure.
In the video, the blonde shows off her chest and toned tummy and does arm exercises, lunges, back flips, and planks to name a few.
The mommy of two doesn't play around when she takes time off.
