Kaitlynn, 30, and Miley, 26, were seen hanging out on the Dolomites mountain range in northeastern Italy.
The "We Can't Stop" singer showed off her midsection prior to hopping on a helicopter.
Miley's older sister Brandi joined her and Kaitlynn for their international adventure.
Miley and Kaitlynn later partied onboard a yacht in Lake Como with pilates studio owner Saul Choza and eyewear designer Bradley Kenneth.

"rock the boat, don’t rock the boat baby," Kaitlynn captioned a sexy snap with Miley during their time out to sea.
"Hot girl summer," Brody, 35, left in the comments section. His response left fans confused after news circulated about their breakup earlier in the month.
US Weekly confirmed Brody and Kaitlynn's split on Friday, August 2, one year after their wedding ceremony in Bali, Indonesia.
They weren't legally married because they never filed for an official marriage license in the United States.
