Brooks Ayers had a pretty major win recently in his lawsuit against the girlfriend of his ex Vicki Gunvalson’s former business partner reveal court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com!
Ayers and Angela Torres have been battling each other in court for a while now. Torres is the girlfriend of Gunvalson’s former business partner Robert Williamson III.
Ayers and Torres both sued each other for defamation of character. However, while the judge tossed Torres’ case out, Ayers had his ruling go in his favor!
Torres was ordered to pay Ayers $3,000 in installments that are scheduled to be completed by Sept. 1. 2016
And the docs say if she doesn’t complete the full payment by the due date and adhere to the payment plan, “then Ayers shall immediately file an already-executed Stipulation for Judgment” in the amount of $5,000.
“Brooks prevailed in every way in his case,” his lawyer Sean Reis said. “It’s interesting that people question his integrity and sincerity, when the courts of law have consistently ruled in his favor and proven that what he says is true.”
But despite his recent win in the courtroom, Ayers is still losing when it comes to his reputation among the The Real Housewives of Orange County ladies. Ayers is continuing to face accusations from his ex’s castmates that he is faking his claims that he has cancer, with Ayers recently revealing his side of the scandal during a tell-all interview with E! News. What do you think about Brooks’ major win? Tweet us @OKMagazine or let us know in the comments section below.
