Caitlyn Jenner Will Not Face Criminal Charges In Car Crash That Killed One!
Caitlyn Jenner is a free woman! The Los Angeles Country District Attorney released on Sept. 30 that they will not be pursuing a misdemeanor vehicular charge for the fatal car crash that Caitlyn was involved in.
The investigation was six months long in order to determine whether or not the death of Kim Howe was indeed accidental.
As previously reported by RadarOnline, the accident that occurred on February 7, happened when Caitlyn rear-ended Kim’s Lexus on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, California. Kim’s car was then pushed into oncoming traffic which is when she was hit again and killed.
The DA rejected the case because Caitlyn, 65, was not speeding at the time of impact and the county could not prove “negligence” or that Caitlyn’s “conduct was unreasonable.”

RadarOnline.com also reported that Caitlyn is also involved with two other lawsuits connected to the crash and is terrified she will lose her fortune.
An insider told RadarOnline that Caitlyn is still shaken up emotionally about the terrible crash and “breaks down in tears” whenever the subject is brought up.
