Camila Mendes is on cloud nine! While getting ready for the 2019 VMAs with Vogue Magazine, the "Havana" singer alluded to her rumored relationship with long-time friend Shawn Mendes and said that she is feeling "very romantic" at this point "in her life right now."
Vogue followed Camila, 22, around a few days and then hours before the VMAs to give her fans a behind-the-scenes look into how she gets ready for an award show.
In the video, the Cuban star revealed which dresses she chose for the red carpet, after-party and her performance for this year's VMAs.
"When my stylist showed me the options that she had for the VMAs, this one really stuck out to me because it's just very romantic," she said holding up a white Balmain dress during the fitting. "Which is kinda where I am in life right now."
After getting her hair and makeup done at the Prudential Center in New Jersey on Monday, August 26, Shawn, 21, stopped by to see the Camila before hitting the red carpet.

Later, the pair sang their hit single "Señorita" (which won a VMA for "Best Collaboration") together during a sexy performance.
As the stars teased the crowd with their sensual dance moves, Camila strutted the stage in a white, low-cut, fishnet dress that was inspired by the music video.
As fans know, the rumored couple has been linked together since early July. Since then, the pair has showed some serious PDA and Camila even confessed her love to the Canadian on his 21st birthday!
