Camilla Parker Bowles Snubs Princess Eugenie's Wedding For Something Much Smaller

A major member of the Royal family will be missing this Friday when Princess Eugenie weds Jack Brooksbank, and its none other than The Duchess of Cornwall herself, Camilla Parker Bowles. Read on to find out why she's bailing on the big ceremony.
Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson tried to convince Camilla to watch their daughter walk down the aisle, which was first scheduled 8 months ago.
Their efforts have appeared to fail, as the Sun on Sunday reported that Camilla will be elsewhere on Friday. She's committed to attending a school event near her Scottish home Birkhall. This occasion was believed to have been set up earlier than the scheduling of the wedding date.
“When this date was proposed, she said that regrettably she couldn’t come," a source said. "The family understood, particularly Eugenie, and were fine about it owing to her previous commitment. Camilla didn’t want to let anyone down.”

Another source said: “Eugenie and her parents wanted her to change her mind. But Camilla said she had a prior commitment and couldn’t.”
Several other Royals and major A-listers are planning to attend the ceremony on Friday, including George and Amal Clooney, who were also in the audience at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's wedding back in May.
