Cara was dressed down in a long coat and a beanie while Ashley wore a leather jacket and jeans.
Both of them had their hands full with coffee and bags filled with food as they went about their day.
Ashley was most recently spotted in September cheering Cara on at a Balmain show during Paris Fashion Week.
