
Cardi B Leads The 2018 VMA Nominations

Cardi B leads with 10 nominations, while The Carters have 8. Childish Gambino and Drake both follow seven nominations each, while Bruno Mars received six nods this year.

The Bronx native scored nods for awards including Video of the Year, Artist of the Year and Song of the Year.

The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from Radio City Music Hall on Monday, Aug. 20 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.

The nominations were announced on July 16 and have included gender neutral categories.

The VMAs have always been a powerhouse for crazy moments like the infamous kiss between Madonna and Britney Spears or when Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift's moment in 2009. This year should be no different. We can't wait for the shocking moments to come!
