Carrie Underwood shared a makeup-free selfie on her Instagram Saturday, March 30, after she finished an intense "gym sesh". Read on for all the details.
"When your face matches your shirt = you had a good workout!" Carrie, 36, wrote. "Unless your shirt is blue...then maybe you should be concerned! (sorry, total mom joke)."
"I took these pics after my gym sesh yesterday (today I’m cleaning this mess of a house, which I totally consider to be my Saturday workout)," she continued.
"Anyway, just wanted to share! Sending out lots of weekend to you all! May we all get lots of stuff done and make a little time for ourselves in there, too!"

Fans praised Carrie for daring to go makeup-free on Instagram.
"I’ve never ever seen pics of you with no makeup," one wrote. "Beautiful."
Carrie has a big night coming up on Sunday, April 7. She'll be performing at the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
She's also up for Female Vocalist of the Year at the annual ceremony along with Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Maren Morris and Kacey Musgraves.
