'Our Little Farm!' Catelynn Lowell Gushes Over Her 'Forever Home' With Husband Tyler Baltierra

Catelynn Lowell is so ready for the next chapter with her husband, Tyler Baltierra, in their "forever home!" The Teen Mom OG star gushed over her new house that her husband has been working on.

"Our forever home is coming along so nice! We have been renovating for almost a year and now it's getting so close to being done," the reality star wrote.

"I cannot wait to move in and start making memories on our little farm. Getting old and sitting on that porch together in our rocking chairs, watching our grandchild run the property and growing old with you," she continued.
