The MTV star shared this photo of a sonogram announcing another Baby Baltierra is on the way...but is it a joke?
Looks like it is! Following the sonogram photo, Cate uploaded ANOTHER photo saying that she was kidding. "I would love one soon," she wrote in the caption.
