Tyler Baltierra is opening up about adoption, just days before his wife Catelynn Lowell made a shocking pregnancy announcement.
He wrote, "Adoption is complex. It's been 4 years since I stared at a picture of Carly & just sobbed. It happens randomly...randomly just happened to be this morning," on a photo of him and Cate with their first born, Carly.
The heartbreaking post came days before Cate made a shocking pregnancy announcement via Instagram.

While appearing on 16 & Pregnant, Tyler and Cate gave Carly up for adoption right after giving birth. The two now share one daughter, Novalee.
