Moving forward! Catelynn Lowell revealed a new meaningful tattoo after completing a month-long stay at a treatment center in Arizona.
"My story isn't over yet," reads the Teen Mom OG star's new tattoo.
Catelynn just returned home within the last few days following her stay at the treatment center "to get healthy emotionally."

On April 16th, the reality television star updated her concerned fans saying she was "feeling better than ever" on her Twitter.
Luckily, Catelynn had a great support system during her stay from her husband, Tyler Baltierra. When the news broke in March that Catelynn would be checking into the Arizona treatment center, he quickly defended his wife's decision and reasoning. "Rehab isn't just for drugs. Cate is in rehab to get healthy emotionally. If you guys only knew half of what she's been through #BraveWoman," he wrote on Twitter.
