Significant others have come and gone on Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2, but Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have beat the odds! After 10 years and two children together, everyone’s favorite TM couple is more in love than ever before! To celebrate their 10-year anniversary, check out their cutest photos over the years.

Young love! Catelynn turned to Instagram to gush over her beau of 10 years with a throwback photo. “Wow today marks 10 YEARS! With my amazing man! Im the SO blessed to have you," she wrote. "Thank you so much for all that you do and for being an amazing daddy! My life would be so dull without you in it... I love you with every ounce of me! Looking forward to the next 10 years and next month you will be my husband!!! xoxo love you to the moon and back!”

Fans met Catelynn and Tyler on 16 and Pregnant, where they decided to give their daughter Carly up for adoption. In the sweet snap, Catelynn was four months pregnant with her little one!

Picture perfect family! Even though the duo placed Carly – who is already 6 years old! – with another family in 2009, they were all smiles when they welcomed her into the world!

Catelynn met her fiancé in middle school. Tyler’s dad Butch and Catelynn’s mom April even tied the knot. Although they were step-siblings, that didn’t stop them from following their hearts!

Through the years, Catelynn and Tyler experienced milestones together such as graduating from high school and owning their own home in Michigan.

Although the couple keeps busy with speaking engagements on adoption and teen pregnancy, they still always find time to see Carly when their visits roll around!

But like all couples, Catelynn and Tyler have had their share of hardships. After getting engaged, they postponed their 2013 wedding after a stint on Couples Therapy.

But the couple was right back on track when Catelynn confirmed in August 2014 that she was pregnant with their second child! “#it'sofficial #4months @tylerbaltierramtv,” she captioned a sweet snap of her growing tummy.

They welcomed their second child, Novalee Reign, in January. "OMG guys, my daughter is BEAUTIFUL,” Tyler tweeted. “Can't wait for you guys to see her! Born on 1/01/15 at 3:15 #StillCantBelieveIt #ShesPerfect."

Here comes the bride! After a decade together, the happy couple will finally tie the knot in August.
