Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra don't have time for the hate! The Teen Mom OG stars took to Twitter to fire back at trolls that bashed their parenting.
As seen on June 24th's episode, their daughter, Nova, had a hard time letting mom go out for a spa day and she broke down in tears after she left. After the scene aired, a lot of users took to Twitter to criticize their parenting.
"Wait...so a kid throws a fit nowadays and we’re calling it 'abandonment anxiety issues!?' I must have not received that memo, but thank you to all of the social media child therapists for this new diagnosis. Hahaha," Tyler fired back.
Cate wrote, "Also...Nova was FINE two minutes after I left! That was my first time by myself in MONTHS!!! And it was my birthday! If you are a parent you know that sometimes you need me time!"
Despite getting backlash, some fans were happy to see Cate taking time for herself and stood up for her! "All two times? She’d feel much more abandoned if her mom hadn’t gotten the help she needed trust me," one user wrote.
